This gives us the flexibility to supply goods under bond (if you have your own excise warehouse) or duty paid otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>A list of current excise rates can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/rates-and-allowance-excise-duty-alcohol-duty\/alcohol-duty-rates-from-24-march-2014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Government portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Under current legislation, food producers can reclaim excise duty on alcohol used in production subject to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/excise-notice-41-alcoholic-ingredients-relief\/excise-notice-41-alcoholic-ingredients-relief\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Notice 41<\/a>, as detailed in the link below. The current reclaim allowance permits dosage of alcohol in general recipes of up to 5% and in chocolates 8.5% of the total ingredients used.
